How does customization work?

Choose an original design, personalize a template, or upload your own artwork in the HeartLoop Mat Studio. Review the spelling, cropping and layout before adding your mat to the bag. Your approved print file travels with your order.

What size is the mat?

31.5 × 31.5 inches, 3 mm thick, with a black storage bag. Measure the usable tabletop before ordering. A round table needs at least about 44.6 inches of diameter to support all four corners.

Rolled or folded?

The $99 rolled option reduces fold lines. The $69 folded option is the lower-priced alternative and may arrive with creases.

When will my mat arrive?

Standard US shipping is included. After artwork review, allow approximately 5–8 days for production, then estimated transit of 7–12 business days for rolled mats or 10–15 for folded mats. Timing is estimated, not guaranteed. See our shipping policy.

Can I return a personalized mat?

Yes. We accept returns and refunds for any reason, including personalized and custom mats. Email heartloopstore@outlook.com with your order number. See our return and refund promise.

Are the images real product photographs?

Our table scenes and close-ups are labeled AI-generated mockups. They illustrate example designs. Actual printed colors, surface texture and edge finish may vary; tiles and racks are not included.
