A LITTLE HELP FROM HEARTLOOP

Shipping & delivery

HeartLoop currently delivers to United States addresses only. Standard US shipping is included in the price of our $99 rolled and $69 folded mahjong mats. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Made to order

Every mat is printed using the artwork attached to your order. Please check your spelling, cropping and layout before checkout. We manually review the artwork before submitting it for production. If we identify an issue, we will contact you at the email address on your order; any changes or approval delays can extend the timeline.

After artwork review, allow approximately 5–8 business days for production and quality checks. Production is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Standard US transit after dispatch

Rolled mat: 7–12 business days.
Folded mat: 10–15 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Timing varies by destination and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays and production conditions. We do not currently offer rush delivery. Please allow additional time for artwork review and avoid relying on a specific event date.
